Armed Security Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly vigilant and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across designated premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Responsibilities

• Armed protection of people, property, and assets
• Visible patrols and access control
• Incident response and report writing
• Policy enforcement and client communication

Requirements

• 2–4 years Armed Security Experience (Required)
• Illinois 40-Hour Security Training (Required)
• Valid FOID Card (Required)
• Valid PERC Card (Required)
• Professional appearance and strong situational awareness
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation

• $25/hour starting pay

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and Conflict Management are highly desirable.
