Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, POS systems, and the food industry while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining quality standards and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle food with proper sanitation practices, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Support team members in food preparation, serving, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with serving, bussing tables, or kitchen work is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed.
