Contract Manager

The Position
A leading advanced manufacturing company is seeking a Contracts Manager to support NDA review and negotiation work across clients in sectors such as medical devices, aerospace and defense, energy, electrification, and automation. This role includes reviewing NDAs from both internal templates and third party paper.

The most complex NDAs involve heightened information security requirements. The company provides established playbooks and is looking for someone with strong Ironclad experience (must be listed on resume). Candidates with experience supporting basic corporate work such as entity formation or LLC formation will be considered for expanded hours.

This project starts ASAP, is an initial 3 month engagement with the intention to continue, is remote, and requires 15 to 20 hours per week or 20 to 30 hours per week if corporate work is included.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $75 and $90. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
