Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad, for the role of Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager – Sustainability. The selected candidate will work on driving business growth in sustainability services by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and fostering partnerships. Responsibilities include market research, business proposal development, planning and executing sales strategies, attending industry events, and promoting BSCIC's sustainability-related services to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including market research and strategic partnership building
- Knowledge and experience in sustainability, environmental management systems, and corporate social responsibility
- Proficiency in proposal development, presentation creation, and client communication
- Project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear, professional client interaction
- Understanding of related Reporting & Accounting standards is a must. Understanding of ISO certifications/standards is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental sciences, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Familiarity with global sustainability practices and industry trends
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and contributing to organizational growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
