Golf Course Spray Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and pest control, with the ability to operate various spray rigs, small spot spray tanks and fertilizer spreaders. This role involves applying treatments to Golf Course and grounds to promote health and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Duties

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to course, gardens, and landscapes according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues or areas needing treatment.
• Maintain equipment, including power tools and farm machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Educate clients on lawn care practices and pest management solutions.
• Document services performed and maintain accurate records of treatments applied.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including golf
• Proficient in operating power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is essential.
• Ability to drive safely while adhering to traffic laws during travel between job sites.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
