We're a fast-growing, fun, and motivated team looking for goal-oriented individuals to join us in bringing clean, affordable energy to homeowners and businesses across Illinois. No sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and support every step of the way.

Compensation Structure: This role is paid base salary and commission. Our On-Target Earnings (OTE) are designed as a 50% salary / 50% commission mix, with uncapped commission for over-achievement. This is a direct face to face sales position working with homeowners and tenants in assigned neighborhoods.
