• Provide resident-focused nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence

• Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule

• Observe and document resident conditions; communicate changes promptly to RNs or physicians

• Assist with rehabilitative, wound care, or respiratory needs as part of care plans

• Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and Nursing Assistants

• Maintain infection-control and safety standards throughout the unit

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome)
