Part-Time LPN

Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team in Dayton, OH. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents during the night hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and conditions during the night shift.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support to residents as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident emergencies and changes in health status.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
