  • Your Role: As a CNA, you will provide and foster a culture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisions involving their care and life in the community. Partnering with residents and the Interdisciplinary Team, you will coordinate and deliver care based on the resident's desires and clinical needs in a supportive and respectful environment. What We're Looking For:

    Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A) will demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents, thrive in a team-oriented setting that values innovation and mutual respect. Of course, maintain an active certified C.N.A. status.
