Your Role
  • Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience

  • Assist the doctor using efficient four-handed dentistry

  • Take accurate digital x-rays and impressions

  • Document and maintain clinical notes in Denticon

  • Prepare, clean, and restock operatories in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards

  • Sterilize instruments and support smooth daily clinical operations

  • Assist with patient scheduling and recall follow-ups as needed

  • Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuous practice improvement

What You Bring
  • Prior dental assisting experience preferred

  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Excellent time management and comfort with digital systems

  • Experience in restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus

Position Details
  • Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time

  • Schedule: Full-time schedule aligned with office hours

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
