We are adding Part Time and Full Time staff that takes pride in their responsibilities, which entails checking out customers, ADP computer usage, assisting with rental cars and daily deposit reconciliation.

As a member of the Service Department team you're focusing on the importance Grubbs places on quickly and timely assisting our Guests or Customers with pleasant telephone interaction, giving direction and assistance with their Service Tickets. A successful candidate projects professionalism, courtesy and empathy with our guests as well as assisting Service Team. Constructive communication is extremely important in our business and you contribute to team building within our dealership and our customers. Your role as the Cashier is to exceed our customers' expectations in assisting with their experience at Grubbs Nissan Your excellence with Customer Satisfaction and Retention are primary responsibilities of this position.

 REQUIREMENTS 

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum three years full time work experience. Prefer experience in a dealership, Customer Service or cashier environment and or experience within body shop.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet customers promptly, courteously and receive funds from Service customers.

2. Advise customers of charges in a courteous manner. Accept funds and provide appropriate receipts for sales transactions. 

3. Be accountable for cash, checks and charge receipts. Balance the cash and receipts daily. Accurately process rental car transactions. Follow cash handling and RO processing procedures for closing ROs.

4. Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and assist Customers as requested or direct to correct party.
5. Follow and monitors guidelines for customers follow-ups on Rentals and Service Experience to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in customer contact.

6. Responsible for great first impression with initial contact with Grubbs guests as they are greeted in dealership offices, telephone, email or correspondence. 

7.Ensures that all required documents are signed, filed, e-filed, scanned and faxed (when required) appropriately and in timely manner.

8. Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures.

9. Assist with special projects and reporting from supervisors.

10. Conducts business and personal affair in an ethical and professional manner.

11. Completes assigned clerical tasks and other duties in a timely and efficient manner.

12. Provides guests with assistance in a pleasant demeanor and explanation dealership procedures and policies.

13. Provides messages and accurate communications to Service team with current information about calls and customer details in an efficient manner. 

14. Participate in and utilize to the best of one's abilities training as assigned by management.

15. Maintain the workspace assigned in an organized and cleanly manner

16. Maintain professional appearance in personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policy.

17. Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designed by management.

18. Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel.

19. Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers, or employees.

20. Keep current on all signed trainings by dealership.

21.Perform related duties as assigned.
