What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material flow, and safe handling practices.
Implement and maintain effective systems and processes for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and documenting materials, including ERP (SAP) transaction accuracy and reporting.
Coordinate closely with maintenance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast needs, manage purchase orders, support operational requirements, and assist with cross‑border shipments.
Lead, train, and support storeroom staff while fostering a safe, compliant, and productive work environment aligned with PPE, quality, environmental, and audit standards.
Maintain strong inventory discipline by monitoring stock levels, identifying slow‑moving, obsolete, or critical items, and recommending appropriate adjustments.
Execute and oversee inventory controls such as cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations, and continuous improvement of stock accuracy.
Organize materials efficiently by managing storage, labeling, equipment use, and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
What Are We Looking For
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in industrial stores or warehouse supervision; cement or heavy industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP platforms, ideally SAP
Effective communicator and collaborator across functions, vendors, and logistics partners.
Skilled in organizing work, prioritizing in a fast‑paced industrial environment, and leading a team.
Work Environment
This role works in an industrial and warehouse environment with regular movement between indoor and outdoor settings. The position requires the ability to safely navigate active plant areas and work around heavy equipment and materials.
