We are looking for a curious, motivated developer to join our engineering team. You'll work across the full stack from crafting intuitive user interfaces to building robust backend systems and managing cloud infrastructure. What You'll Work On

Your day-to-day will be a mix of building, learning, and collaborating on our product line, including: 

• Sinoa Platform

: build and ship new features for our domain-specific conversational interface (aka chatbot for grain marketing). We use our agentic approach with OpenAI's latest models to come up with groundbreaking experiences for our users.
- Smart Advisor

: our personalized grain sales recommendation engine. You'll help improve how we deliver intelligent insights to our users to provide the most beneficial sales plans.
- Data Platform

: our take at the serverless world. We are in the process of consolidating our data collection efforts on Google Cloud Platform. You will be helping to manage and optimize our data infrastructure.
- UI/UX

: Create clean, responsive interfaces that users really enjoy. We care deeply about the user experience and strive to optimize our delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience with Python/Django (or strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn fast)
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Vue or React
• Interest in AI/ML and how it can solve real-world problems
• Some exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred, but AWS/Azure is fine too)
• A collaborative mindset you ask questions, share ideas, and help teammates

Bonus Points

• You've built side projects or contributed to open source
• Experience with data pipelines or ETL processes
• You've worked with LLMs or AI APIs
