Property Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a wide range of building maintenance tasks and eager to keep learning.

We are specifically looking for anyone with exterior maintenance experience (snow removal, landscaping)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance for residential and commercial properties
• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and building fixes
• Assist with renovations, including painting, drywall, and minor construction work
• Install and replace appliances as needed
• Maintain outdoor areas and landscaping/lawn care
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required
• Work 8 hours per day, with flexibility for on-call shifts

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Experience with painting, drywall, and general building repairs
• Ability to install and replace appliances
• Renovation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
