We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial facilities in the Nashville area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and responding to service requests while maintaining professional standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry work

• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent equipment or facility failures

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems in a timely and effective manner

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
