Litigation Paralegal

Our growing Orange County-based personal injury and product liability law firm is looking for a talented senior litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. Employment or personal injury experience preferred. Strong litigation and trial preparation experience required.

Must be a self-starter and be able to handle all aspects of a case from filing through trial. This talented paralegal will report directly to one of the trial partners.

Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills.

Duties include:

• Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software
• Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research
• Prepare and handle all exhibits

Skills:

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
