Plant Controller

A leading automotive company based in Manchester, TN, is seeking a talented Plant Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Plant Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations at our manufacturing facility.

• Manage the plant's financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Analyze and interpret financial information to support decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cost-saving initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
