Construction Senior Project Manager – Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent) with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record managing complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs), within an active hospital a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of all construction divisions and hospital protocols.
• Experience navigating federal contracts and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Fort Lauderdale residency or strong relocation commitment.
