Now Hiring: Store Manager – New CPR-Cell Phone Repair – Saugus, MA (New Store Opening January 2026)
Are you a sales-driven people person who loves tech and wants to lead a team?
This is a chance to help open a brand-new CPR-Cell Phone Repair shop in Saugus and be part of a growing group of stores.
We're looking for a full-time Store Manager to run our new Saugus, MA location. You'll train for 4-6 weeks before opening, learning our systems, repair processes, and customer experience playbook. After that, you'll help launch and lead the Saugus store from day one.

CPR-Cell Phone Repair (formerly NH iPhone Repair) is a locally owned, growing group of repair shops with four New Hampshire locations and more on the way.
We fix phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles and more—while focusing on honest communication, quality parts, and a laid-back but professional vibe. Our team sticks around, supports each other, and takes pride in being the place people trust for device repairs.
Position: Store Manager (Sales & Repair)
Location: Saugus, MA
What You'll Do
Lead the Store & Team
- Run day-to-day operations of the Saugus shop once open
- Lead by example on customer service, sales, and professionalism
- Help train, coach, and develop team members
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend solutions
- Educate customers on repair options, pricing, accessories, and upgrades
- Upsell screen protectors, cases, chargers, and refurbished devices
- Make every customer feel confident in their repair or purchase
Device Repair & Diagnostics
- Learn how to diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other devices
- Perform common repairs like screen and battery replacements (full training provided)
- Test all devices before and after repair for quality control
- Stay current on new devices and repair techniques
Operations & Admin
- Manage inventory, restock parts, and track supply needs
- Help with scheduling, basic reporting, and hitting store goals
- Answer calls, texts, and emails to get customers booked in
- Work with ownership to roll out new programs and promos
What We're Looking For
- Leadership mindset: You've led a team, a shift, or a department before (retail, restaurant, service, etc.)
- Sales & customer service chops: Comfortable talking to people, overcoming objections, and closing sales
- Tech-curious: You don't need repair experience, but you should enjoy learning about devices and how they work
- Organized & dependable: You show up, follow through, and keep things on track
- Growth-focused: You want to help build something long-term, not just punch a clock

Schedule
- Full-time: Typically 36–42 hours/week
- Regular retail/business hours (10-7 weekdays, 10-5 weekends)
Compensation
- Competitive base pay (dependent on experience)
- Commission on accessories, device sales, and certain repairs
- Monthly performance bonuses
