*What You'll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
* Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
* Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing abilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
*What You'll Need:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
* Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care is required
* Strong patient assessment and case management skills
