Let’s Talk and Move Therapy is a locally owned private practice in Derby, Kansas providing pediatric speech therapy and physical therapy services. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to start in May and join our growing team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with children ages 1 and up with developmental disabilities or delays in a supportive private practice setting. As an SLP at our clinic, you will play a vital role in partnering with families and helping children reach their full potential.

Schedule
* Full-Time Hours: Monday–Thursday
* 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Fridays OFF
Pay
* Salary: $52,000 – $85,000 per year
* $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
* Provide pediatric speech-language therapy services
* Complete evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide caregiver education and carryover strategies
* Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinic staff
* Complete documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current Kansas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for Kansas licensure
* Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for helping children and families succeed
