Job Description Description: Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business and building and maintaining long-term existing client relationships within the collision repair equipment installation and service industry. This role grows the company’s customer base by promoting and selling high-quality spot welders, mig welders, aluminum repair equipment, frame pulling/measuring equipment, paint booths, finishing systems, and other collision repair equipment and tools to customers in Michigan.
This is a field-based role focused on identifying potential customers, quoting company services, managing customer engagement, and closing profitable new business.

None.
Duties/Responsibilities: Identifies and targets potential
customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Cultivates and maintains strong
relationships with existing clients, identifying additional opportunities
for growth. Promote and sell high-quality products
to current and potential customers. Presents and demonstrates collision
repair equipment products and services to prospective clients. Prepares and delivers sales proposals
and contracts. Negotiates terms and close sales to
achieve revenue goals. Provides exceptional customer service
and support throughout the sales process. Maintains working knowledge of brands,
products, promotions, and industry to explain product functions and value
to best address customer needs. Collaborates with the installation and
maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Tracks and reports on sales activities
and results. Stays informed about industry trends,
competitors, and market conditions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales, presentation, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of automotive repair equipment and related industries. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to potential and current customer sites. Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, preferably in the collision repair equipment industry. Experienced with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Must be able to drive to customer sites to promote products and present services.
