This telesales role is responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone and must possess marketing and sales acumen to develop leads. The position is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and transferring warm leads/new business through collaboration with the Sales team in support of overall goals and objectives. The Inside Sales Representative will research accounts and cultivate leads to reach business targets through telephone, email, or webinar. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of giving our world more smiles./ph3Job Description/h3pEssential Job Functions:/pulliInterfaces with key administrative and sales stakeholders/liliCommunicates with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on external source leads./liliSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails./liliDevelop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts/liliResponsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions and sending additional information and collaterals via email/mail./liliUtilize digital technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target accounts/liliEffectively manage sales pipeline via CRM platform/liliMaster features, benefits and value of assigned product portfolio and present these to clinical and economic call points utilizing situational sales methodology/liliIdentifying qualified opportunities and providing the appropriate resources for further development and closure./liliDevelopment of leads and referrals to work such leads through sales process to achieve quarterly quotas./liliResearch accounts and identify key stakeholders to generate interest./liliMaintain and expand your database of prospects and current relationships within assigned territories./li/ulpKnowledge and Experience:/pulliBachelors degree or a combination of education and work history/liliExperience with a Medical sales approach preferred/liliMinimum two years documented sales success or equivalent experience, preferably in business to business products/li/ulpSkills and Abilities:/pulliStrong Salesforce.com skillset/liliAdept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication/liliExcellence in process management and organizational ability/liliKnowledge of the medical supplies/device business and healthcare environment/li/ulpSalary and Benefits:/pulli$70,000 base salary/liliVariable bonus opportunity/liliInsurance: Medical, Dental
