We’re now looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to help define and elevate Syndi’s visual identity across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Syndi looks and feels. You’ll translate brand strategy into bold, modern, and emotionally resonant visuals — building trust, excitement, and recognition from day one.
Work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across digital, product, and campaign environments.
Your work will span: Brand identity & visual systems; Marketing campaigns (digital, social, out-of-home, PR); Product & UX/UI visuals (in collaboration with product/design); Website & landing pages; Social media content and templates; Investor, pitch, and partnership decks.
What We’re Looking For - Qualifications
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related creative discipline. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
Proven design ability – a portfolio showcasing commercially delivered work (not just academic or speculative projects).
Exceptionally creative – strong visual instincts and the ability to generate distinctive, ownable ideas.
Detail-oriented & craft-driven – high standards for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
Brand-minded – experience creating or working within a cohesive brand system.
Digitally fluent – confident designing for web, social, and product environments.
Collaborative – comfortable working closely with copywriters, founders, and developers.
Experienced – ideally 3–5+ years in graphic design (agency or in-house).
