We're currently hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for sales, customer service, and technical troubleshooting.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll combine sales, customer support, and basic technical service. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales—while also ensuring the functionality of our equipment at client sites.

We're looking for someone who is hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines. A technical mindset and problem-solving ability are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold calling and prospecting new clients
• Planning and leading product demos and customer meetings
• Closing sales with new and existing customers
• Delivering and picking up equipment as needed
• Inspecting, diagnosing, and performing basic hardware repairs
• Troubleshooting equipment issues in the field
• Communicating with management regarding client needs and job progress
• Providing information and support to customers about products and services

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible as needed)
• Weekly Hours: ~40 hours per week
• Pay Structure:
• Commission per unit sold
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
• Car allowance & mileage reimbursement
• Estimated earnings equivalent to $30–$50/hour
• Bi-weekly pay

A monthly Sales Action List will be provided. You'll be expected to contact all assigned clients by the end of each month. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Technically inclined with problem-solving skills
• Reliable, motivated, and professional
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds as required
• Own a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration
• Hold a full Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent)
• Experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, food production) is a strong asset
