We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our residential construction team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of construction experience who are eager to learn and grow within a professional crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
• Support skilled trades (framing, concrete, drywall, etc.) as directed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow site safety protocols and report hazards
• Help maintain clean and safe job sites
• Perform other general labor tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or general labour
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
• Basic understanding of construction tools and materials is an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
