Position Overview: A well-established organization within the orthodontic and dental industry is seeking an Orthodontic Senior Manager to oversee business growth, operational implementation, and team leadership. This is a senior-level role responsible for setting strategic direction, driving efficiency and profitability, and ensuring the organization operates at a consistently high standard. The ideal candidate is a high-level professional with strong leadership capabilities, sound business judgment, and experience managing teams within a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare-related environment.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Growth:
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvement, and market expansion.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives align with core mission, values, and performance objectives.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage team members across departments.
  • Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and address performance issues as needed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.
Operational & Decision-Making Authority:
  • Make informed decisions impacting day-to-day operations and long-term direction.
  • Analyze performance data, operational metrics, and business trends to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality operations across the organization.
Financial & Budget Oversight:
  • Develop and manage departmental or organizational budgets.
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a key point of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication across leadership, teams, and partners.
Risk Management & Governance:
  • Identify operational, financial, and organizational risks.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to protect business continuity and performance.
Vision & Culture:
  • Lead by example and set the standard for professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Several years of leadership experience in a dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, and manage organizational performance.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience overseeing operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
