Position Overview: A well-established organization within the orthodontic and dental industry is seeking an Orthodontic Senior Manager to oversee business growth, operational implementation, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvement, and market expansion.
- Ensure organizational initiatives align with core mission, values, and performance objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members across departments.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Several years of leadership experience in a dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, and manage organizational performance.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
