Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering drink recommendations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for events such as banquets or catering functions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service during busy periods
• Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Ensure adherence to all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or change accurately
• Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or bars
• Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is advantageous
