Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Massey's Fine Indian Cuisine in London, Ontario. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent knowledge on Indian food, spices.
• Good knowledge of Wine, Alcohol and Beers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and take phone orders for food.
• Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Fluent in English and great customer service skills.
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with complete dining room duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, and organization of the dining area.

Requirements

• Hospitality background is preferred with Canadian experience.
• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is a must.
• Knowledge of alcohol, wines and spirits is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Smart serve and food handlers certificate required.
