Garden mulches and landscape features, and Techniseal sands and sealant technologies./ppThe Outside Sales Support Representative will be working with a small team of Outside Sales Representatives in their designated region and providing support in the development of dealer/customer relationships, maintaining quality dealer presence, update distributor displays and P.O.P. material and orchestrating customer appreciation events./ppThis position is remote and the person must live in Houston, TX./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliResponsible for designing and building displays/liliMonitor and maintain all P.O.P. material and associated Marketing materials such as catalogs for the assigned region/liliResponsible for handling sample requests and deliveries with both Commercial and Residential Samples/liliCoordinate and implement sales driven programs such as (but not limited to) Demo Days with vendors and remerchandising Grand openings/liliMaintain weekly communication with all Outside Sales Representatives/liliTravel to each assigned region as requested/liliComplete any merchandising or remerchandising efforts in any location as directed/liliMonitor inventory of our products and place orders when necessary/liliProvide a Dealer visit summary to management after each dealer visit/liliProvide a weekly email to management recapping the dealer performance and communications performed each week/liliOversee Administrative sales functions for sales program/liliMaintain weekly expense reports/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpJob Requirements/pulliAssociates degree or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school or equivalent in experience, training and education/lili2+ years related experience and or training preferable/liliBilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)/liliSalesforce or any CRM Experience/liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written/liliPrior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommended/liliProven sales support expertise/liliExcellent customer service oriented skills/liliComputer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etc/liliValid drivers license and current auto liability insurance/liliAbility to transport heavy construction materials (SUV/Truck Preferred)/liliTraveling up to 50% in the region/li/ulpCompensation/pulliBase salary $60-65K plus monthly commissions with annual earnings between $75-85K./liliMonthly Car Allowance/lili401(k) / retirement savings program/liliShort- term and long-term disability benefits/liliLife insurance/liliHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance/liliPaid time off/liliPaid holidays/li/ulpWhat CRH Offers You/pulliHighly competitive base pay/liliComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs/liliGroup retirement savings program/liliHealth and wellness programs/liliAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion/li/ulpAbout CRH/ppCRH has a long and proud heritage.
