Pulls orders as required./p/lilipCommunicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers./p/lilipDemonstrates knowledge of products and their applications (provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers problems.)/p/lilipUpsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions./p/lilipPerforms other duties as assigned./p/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pullipDemonstrated success providing excellent customer service./p/lilipExperience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle./p/lilipKnowledge of construction and industrial products./p/lilipSpanish language proficiency./p/li/ulpIf youre looking to play a role in building America, consider one of our open opportunities.
