Position Overview
The Website Coordinator plays a key role within our Digital Services team, supporting the day-to-day operation and success of client e-commerce websites. This role focuses on ensuring websites are accurate, fully stocked, visually engaging, and operating smoothly—while working cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Customer Support, Inventory, and Receiving.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain assigned e-commerce websites by ensuring products, images, and content are accurate, current, and complete
* Upload and configure products, promotions, banners, and page content to enhance user experience
* Monitor and manage client inventory, including weekly inventory reporting and reorder recommendations
* Coordinate with the IT team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website or technical issues
* Partner with the Receiving department to resolve shipment discrepancies or inventory concerns
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives and clients to fulfill website-related requests
* Work closely with Customer Support to help resolve customer inquiries or order issues
* Assist with testing, deployment, and implementation of new website features or enhancements
* Evaluate website performance and recommend strategies to improve sales conversions and customer engagement
* Ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain confidentiality of all company and client proprietary information
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, sales, marketing, billing, and logistics teams
* Experience working with websites, e-commerce platforms, or other digital solutions
* Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, FTP, browsers, mobile applications, security protocols, and common file formats is a plus
Education & Experience
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
* Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with digital or online services preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
* Typing and desk work approximately 90% of the time
* Walking or standing 10% or less of the time
