What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or AI solution engineering
Hands-on prototyping skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar technical stack)
Experience integrating hardware + software and working with real-world operational workflows
Strong analytical mindset, able to design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly
Cross-functional collaboration skills with product and delivery teams
International project experience and ability to drive localization in overseas markets
Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese) are a plus
Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and a pragmatic approach to solution delivery
