We are looking for an efficient and reliable Order Picker to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our logistics and fulfillment process, accurately selecting and preparing items for customer orders. You will work in a busy warehouse environment, utilizing scanning equipment and following established procedures to ensure accuracy and speed. Your commitment to Safety is paramount, and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of products up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners to track picked items and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify order details before packing and staging for shipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow warehouse Safety rules.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform regular Lifting of products and materials.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
- Participate in team efforts to meet fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of products.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Commitment to a Safe and productive work setting.
