Become a key part of our e-commerce fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help us meet the demands of our growing customer base. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and support logistics goals.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
