In this versatile role, you will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You'll play a crucial part in our logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Sort and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully, ensuring product protection for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for loading and verify carrier information.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, with a strong focus on Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals within the logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
