Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Safety standards.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for better logistics.
- Perform duties requiring consistent Lifting, up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Proven ability to handle frequent and substantial Lifting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and equipment operation.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain concepts.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs dictate.
