Join our bustling distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our rapidly growing logistics operations. In this versatile role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Your ability to adapt to different tasks and maintain efficiency will be key to your success. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is committed to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment. This position is fundamental to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Safety is paramount in our facility, and all associates are required to strictly follow safety regulations and properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires regular lifting and physical exertion, so candidates should be prepared for active duty. A working knowledge of logistics procedures will be advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Be prepared for regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs and other physical demands.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines diligently.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory management concepts is helpful.
