Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience as an associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, is a strong asset.
- Physical capability to handle frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
