You'll be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requests.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support team goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
