Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Conduct audits of inventory locations and storage methods.
  • Report on inventory accuracy and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to perform lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
