We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a foundational role in our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient handling and storage of goods. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading/unloading. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are paramount. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
