Shift Details: PRN - As Needed

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse , you'll be a clinical leader, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll promote both the physical and mental well-being of residents through assessments, care planning, and coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Coordinating and monitoring medical services, including medication management
  • Collaborating with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
  • Administering IVs and advanced nursing interventions
  • Documenting care and ensuring regulatory compliance

Who We're Looking For

  • Active Colorado LPN License (DORA)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes

  • Pay Range: $26.38-$29.12/hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
  • PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
