Job Description

Ann's Dream Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA Caregivers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain dignity, independence, and comfort. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical and emotional condition.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisor and care team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to Ann's Dream Healthcare policies to ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Two years previous experience in home health, personal care, or facility care.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Must be willing to assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
