- Full-time | 4-week contract | Monday–Friday (school hours) with urgent need for Akron, Ohio High School
- $45/hour → Approx. $1,800/week | Flexible contractor role | Quick start available

Swallowing & Speech Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 4-week, full-time contract in a public elementary school setting.

This school-based SLP opportunity is perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in collaborative environments, and is ready to make a meaningful impact — even in a short-term role.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging speech and language therapy for elementary students (K–5)
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and update IEPs as needed
• Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Current Ohio SLP license and/or ODE credential
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
