Sales Associate

Overview
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience. You will assist with inquiries on wash plans and keep sales percentages up (daily/weekly).

(22 dollars is possible with Hourly pay, plus commission.)

Starting pay is $15.00 USD an hour.

$15-22 USD varies on commission sales.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and always focused on Sales and customer growth.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide when necessary.
• Maintain an organized stock area and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role or a retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow are required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance customer interactions. (Spanish is a plus)
• Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is needed, along with skills in conducting product demos.
