Role Summary
The
Controller
is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions across Quintessa Marketing and its broader portfolio of real estate holdings and outside investments. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role ensures financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance while providing strategic insights that guide executive decision-making. This is both a hands-on and leadership role—balancing daily accounting operations with strategic oversight of investments and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital needs; prepare forecasts.
