• Prepare daily dispatch plans and communicate schedules effectively to drivers and relevant teams.
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve overall efficiency.
• Utilize dispatch software and technology to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving dispatch-related concerns professionally.
