Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is bilingual in English and Spanish and has at least one year of experience in family medicine. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks, with a strong working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients, taking and documenting vital signs and medical histories
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with procedures and treatments
• Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and conduct point-of-care testing as needed
• Accurately document patient encounters in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Manage patient follow-ups, lab results, and referrals efficiently
• Support front office operations as needed, ensuring smooth clinic flow
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and uphold OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care
• Proficient in eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system
• CPR certification (current or obtainable before start date)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
