What You'll Do
As our Guest Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the guest services team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Resolving guest concerns and handling feedback with professionalism and care.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For
